🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At Bloom&Mist, your satisfaction is our priority.

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

✔ Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged, leaking, or broken

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your parcel is missing items

 

To qualify, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo/video of the issue

This helps us verify the problem quickly and process your request faster.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety purposes, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used products

  • Opened items

  • Perfumes with personal scent preference issues (e.g., “I don’t like the smell”)

We kindly ask for your understanding, as fragrance items cannot be restocked once opened.

 

💬 How Refunds Work

Once your case is approved:

Refunds will be issued through your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference

Processing time: 3–7 working days

If an exchange is approved, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost
